Guaranteed Delivery System
There is nothing more frustrating than a product that did not vend. Our vending machines are fitted with the industry award winning SureVend™.
The SureVend™ product delivery sensor guarantees that a selected item/drink is delivered to the customer or their money is returned. The system works by attempting to deliver the item/drink up to 3 times. If a successful vend is not recognized by the optical sensors after 3 attempts, the customer is given the option of choosing another selection or accepting a refund.
SureVend™ helps increase customer satisfaction, significantly reduces service calls and is an absolute essential in modern vending technology.
Cashless and Mobile payments
Equipped with solutions from the leader of cashless payment systems, our machines are capable of receiving payment via cashless cards, devices and even QR codes.
This feature brings incredible convenience to our customers by allowing multiple methods of payment at our vending machines, with or without your wallet.
Energy and environmental conservation
Drink vendors are traditionally power hungry equipment. At Altavend, we ensure that your site always get the highest rated energy conserving equipment.
Features such as Subset Temperature Band cooling allows for products to be cooled as they get ready to be vended as opposed to typical vending machine cooling the whole inventory. This way your drinks stay cold but your energy bill remains low.
The latest heat pump technology allows heating of canned coffees and teas without wasting energy.
A full LED lighting and ozone friendly refrigeration system helps keeps energy bills down while reducing our carbon footprint.
Hot and Cold drink vending
Most of our drink vending machines feature the ability to serve both cold and hot canned drinks during winter when traditionally customers tend to avoid cold drinks especially when the temperature drops.
This awesome feature allows our customers to purchase either a hot canned tea or hot canned coffee and enjoy our “hand-warming” drinks during the cold winter months.
This option will only be available for selected sites and can be turned on by special request.
